Since time immemorial, Filipinos were known for having a strong will and heart in trying and having to work overseas. May it be due to financial stability, to help their loved ones left in the Philippines, or reasons of gaining professional and personal experience. Filipino workers are well-known for their humility, resourcefulness, resiliency, team player and a very hardworking one. These are what made us standout and a top priority when it comes to employment. And these are also what made our Filipino workers, Audie Andres (deployed to Czech Republic) and Jefrey Gonza (deployed to Kuwait) standout from their respective employers.

Audie Andres was one of our assistant cooks deployed to the country of Czech Republic last January 2025. He has been very diligent since the start of his employment and aced his training which resulted to his promotion from assistant cook to line cook. 

According to him, "it is never easy to be away from your family and focus on working as there are so many factors that can easily make you feel homesick. But having discipline and that dream of success, makes my fire burning within and fight for the great life I want to have. My agency has helped me a lot in processing my placement here. It was very smooth and I did not encounter any problems.  Thanks be to God for this kind of agency because they are very supportive and accommodating. I am slowly going to where I want to be." 

On the other hand, Jefrey Gonza is a worker we deployed to the country of Kuwait last March 2025. He is currently working at a restaurant as a line cook and was hailed as the employee of the month for June 2025, 2 months after his deployment date. According to him, "This is one of my greatest achievement of working for 4 months here in Kuwait. I may have encountered the homesickness from time to time but I brush it off by enjoying my time working here and hopefully achieve this again in the months coming. I'm just very thankful for this opportunity that I got from my agency in the Philippines which opened doors for me in my professional growth. They are very responsive and caring towards us even after they have deployed us."
